Job Experience - As a Vice President for PIMCO's Real Estate Private Equity business, I
Reviewed commercial loans for office, multifamily, and retail investments
Led negotiations and closed over $400mm in financing transactions on fund assets
Negotiated and managed over $2.5b in revolving funding
Education - Bachelor's from BYU, MBA from Harvard Business School
When I am not obsessing over real estate, I enjoy family time, traveling and barbeque.
